It appears Skip Holtz’ has already made a major impact in the recruiting world in just his third week as USF head coach.

Hillsborough high school product Terrence Mitchell, who rivals.com ranks as the nation’s seventh-best cornerback prospect and 89th overall, switched his verbal commitment from FSU to USF on Friday.

Mitchell, considered as one of the fastest players in the state of Florida, also had offers from Georgia, Tennessee, and Miami (FL) among others.
